Dear Student,

As you are aware, a student is required to obtain not less than a GPA of 2.00 for all the courses that make up a minimum of 45 credits as partial fulfilment of the criteria for awarding the Master degree [or 60 credits as partial fulfilment of the criteria for awarding the MSc in CS degree].

The students who registered for more than 45 credits [Or 60 credits wrt to the MSc in CS degree] in their 1st and 2nd academic years are advised to select the optional courses of the 2nd year that they wish to consider for computing the final GPA by submitting the relevant Google Form below on or before 7th May 2024 [Before 8:00 a.m.].

Notes:
1. All grades earned in optional courses by the student during their second year will be recorded in the official academic transcript.
2. If a student fails to submit the Google Form by the deadline, the UCSC will select the optional courses from his/ her enrolled optional courses for the 2nd year and calculate the final GPA. This selection will not be reversed under any circumstances.

Should you need further assistance, please contact us via exam@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk. or +94 011-2581245 (Ext: 6071) during 9.00 am to 3.30 pm on weekdays except for public holidays.
