Virtual Learning Environment for the Postgraduate Studies - 2021/2022

Dear student,

We are pleased to announce that the Pass Lists of the students who will be awarded Master of Science in Computer Science at the Postgraduate Convocation - 2023 [subject to the approval of the Senate of the University of Colombo] have been published in the results section of the PGVLE.

All students listed are herewith requested to fill the form below “Name to be written on the  Postgraduate Diploma/ Master Degree Certificate – Postgraduate Convocation 2023” by attaching the duly filled supplication form with it on or before 21.10.2024 (Before 3.00 p.m.).

Note:

1. If a student fails to submit the duly filled form before the deadline, the certificates will be issued according to the names given by them at the time of registration in the programme. The name that appeared in the certificate will not be changed once the certificate is printed under any circumstances.

2. The Academic Transcript and/or Degree Completion letters for students listed in the above pass lists will be issued only after their results have been approved by the Senate of the University of Colombo.

3. If a student urgently requires any official document related to their results, the Examination Division will issue a temporary Academic Transcript and/or Degree Completion Letter with the clause, 'These results are released subject to confirmation by the Senate.' This will remain in effect until the Senate’s approval, expected by the first week of November 2024.
