Dear Students,

Since the halls where your lectures are held are prepared for the examinations of undergraduate students, I kindly inform you to attend the lectures without making any changes for the hall arrangements.

For your lunch, you can use the canteen area on the first floor and the canteen on the ground floor.

We are pleased to announce that the Tentative Pass Lists [subject to confirmation of the Senate of the University of Colombo] of the Postgraduate programmes relevant to the students who will be awarded their Master degrees at the Postgraduate Convocation - 2022   have been published in the results section of the VLE.

All the students whose names are listed in the pass lists are herewith requested to fill the form below  [“Name to be written on the  Postgraduate Diploma/ Master Degree Certificate – Postgraduate Convocation 2022] by attaching the duly filled supplication form with it on or before 10.04.2023 (Before 8.00 a.m.).

Note: If a student fails to submit the duly filled form before the deadline, the certificates will be issued according to the names given by them at the time of registration in the programme.  The name that appeared in the certificate will not be changed once the certificate is printed under any circumstances.

Further, please note that the Academic Transcript and the Degree Completion Letter will only be issued after the Senate of the University of Colombo approved the pass lists [by May 2023].
